HospoPro provides marketing services for hospitality businesses, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, photography, email marketing, and digital advertising.
The specific services provided will be outlined in your individual service agreement or plan subscription.
When you subscribe to a HospoPro plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team.
All content created by HospoPro as part of your subscription (including photography, graphics, and written content) is licensed to you for use in connection with your business.
The HospoPro brand, logo, and website design remain the intellectual property of Market Partner Media Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
HospoPro provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results such as increases in bookings, revenue, or followers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HospoPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 60 days, contact us for a full refund.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Market Partner Media Pty Ltd is incorporated and operates in Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
