Every quarter we ship a major update to the HospoPro platform. This quarter's update was the largest since we launched — and it changes how your content gets created, reviewed, and scheduled.
What Changed
The Content Engine
We rebuilt the content engine from the ground up. The new system processes your venue's past 90 days of content — posts, captions, emails — to calibrate a brand voice model that writes in your style, not ours. The result is copy that sounds like it came from your team.
Multi-Platform Scheduling
Content now schedules natively across Instagram Feed, Instagram Stories, Facebook, and Google Business Profile simultaneously. The optimal posting time is calculated per platform based on your audience's historical engagement patterns — not generic best-practice windows.
The Brand Voice Audit Report
Every month, your account manager now receives an automated brand voice drift report. If your captions are starting to sound generic — a common problem when volume increases — the report flags it and suggests recalibration.
What's Coming Next Quarter
We are currently in beta with two new features: an AI-powered event flyer generator that works from your existing brand assets, and a review response assistant that drafts personalised responses to new Google reviews within 30 minutes of posting.
Both will roll out to all clients in Q2 2025. As always, updates are included in your plan at no extra cost.
